Refund & Return Policy

At Malik Atelier, each artwork is made to order and produced specifically after your purchase is placed.

Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or buyer’s remorse.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact.malikatelier@gmail.com.

Include:

• Your order number
• A short description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement or a refund.

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has started.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the conditions above.
